Refund policy


Return & Exchange Policy – Stonet

Once a product has been purchased and delivered to the customer, returns or exchanges will not be accepted for change of mind, personal preference, or unmatched expectations.
As a strict policy, returns are only applicable for valid defects, subject to the conditions below.


1. Damaged Item on Arrival (Within 24 Hours)

If a product is received with physical damage, such as a broken screen or cracks, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos.

The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and stickers/seals intact.

Upon inspection and validation, customers will be offered:

  • A replacement unit, OR
  • Store credit equal to the product value

(Refunds are not applicable under any circumstance.)


2. Product Malfunction (Within 7 Days)

If the product is delivered in good condition but develops a malfunction or technical defect within 7 days, the customer may request an exchange.

Exchanges will only be accepted if the product is returned in brand-new condition, with all package seals, films, and accessories intact.

After inspection and approval, the customer may:

  • Receive a replacement unit, OR
  • Obtain store credit of equal value
  • Choose to upgrade to another model by paying the difference

3. After 7 Days

Any issues reported after the initial 7-day period fall under the Stonet warranty policy and will be repaired or replaced according to warranty terms.


4. Store Credit Policy

Stonet does not issue cash refunds.
For eligible cases, customers will receive store credit which:

  • Is equal to the value of the product
  • Can be used for future purchases on Stonet.lk
  • Is valid for up to 1 year
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Does not include delivery charges

5. Conditions for Rejection

Stonet reserves the right to reject a return or exchange if:

  • Stickers or protective films are removed
  • Product shows signs of use
  • Product has customer-caused physical damage
  • Accessories or packaging are missing
  • The issue is reported after the allowed time period
  • There is evidence of improper handling or misuse

6. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order through Stonet.lk, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the above Return & Exchange Policy and Stonet’s Warranty Terms.
