Stonet 2-Year Free Service Terms & Conditions

At Stonet, we are committed to providing excellent after-sales support. As part of this commitment, we offer a 2-Year Free Service for selected watch models. This service is provided free of charge by Stonet and is subject to the following terms and conditions.

For Smartwatches

  • Customers are eligible for free service within 2 years from the date of purchase.
  • No service charges will be applied; however, customers must pay for replacement parts if required.
  • This service is available only for selected Stonet smartwatch models and does not apply to other smartwatch brands.
  • Physical damage repairs are included under this service, but customers must bear the cost of any replacement parts if needed.
  • The availability of this service depends on the availability of replacement parts at the time of repair.

For Normal Watches

  • Within 2 years, we offer:
    • Free battery replacement
    • Free strap size adjustment
    • Free minor repairs (including physical damage repairs, but customers must pay for replacement parts if needed)
  • This service applies only to Stonet-branded watches and does not cover other brands.

Important Notes

  • This free service is provided exclusively by Stonet and is not a standard industry practice.
  • Availability of service depends on our resources, part availability, and technical feasibility. While we strive to provide this service to all eligible customers, there may be instances where we are unable to do so due to external factors.
  • The service can only be obtained through Stonet’s authorized service channels.
  • Stonet reserves the right to modify or discontinue this service without prior notice.
